Many families in Karamoja continue to face severe hunger as drought, changing weather patterns, and poor harvests make it difficult to find enough food. For some families, the situation has become so difficult that they have been forced to eat leaves just to survive.
Yeshua Life is responding by reaching out to families in need and providing nutritious meals to help ease the burden of hunger. At the same time, we are looking beyond immediate food relief by supporting communities to grow their own food through planting sorghum, wheat, and other crops suited to the region. These efforts are aimed at helping families access food today while building a more sustainable way of meeting their needs in the future.
